Hartford Courant: CT lawmakers consider outlawing preference for 'white and wealthy' in college admissions.

According to federal admission data compiled by the Education Reform Now Connecticut six of Connecticut's 23 four-year colleges give preference to legacy applicants in their admissions process. Those schools include Connecticut College, Fairfield University, Trintiy College, University of Bridgeport, Unviersity of Saint Joseph and Yale.
